Events

The Staff Division’s branch for events is responsible for answering all events-related questions from internal and external partners. It supports ETH staff and faculty in conceiving, planning, and organizing events ranging from small receptions in institutes to scientific congresses to large events running several days.

Regardless of the scope of the event, we work hand-in-hand with the Corporate Communications Department to provide the best possible service for our client.

Our Task

We provide our services for exhibitions, fairs, and events ranging from congresses to anniversaries to high-class receptions. Whether in conception or scenography, construction or technology, solving operational challenges or looking after guests professionally, our team possesses the experience and know-how to successfully translate science into an outstanding event.
